The account rental service for applications and software provided through our platform.
"User"
An individual or organization using our account rental service.
"Rental Account"
The application or software account provided to the user during the rental period.
User Rights
- Use the rental account during the paid period
- Receive technical support during business hours
- Request a refund in accordance with the refund policy
- Have personal information protected in accordance with the privacy policy
User Obligations
- Do not share rental account credentials with third parties
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Pay all fees in full and on time
- Do not perform any actions that harm the system
- Report security incidents immediately upon discovery
Payment
- • Payment is required before using the service
- • Supports automatic QR payment methods: VietQR, E-wallet, Bank card
- • Automatic processing time: 30 seconds after successful payment
Refund
- • 100% refund if the rental service does not work within the first 3 hours
- • No refund if the issue is due to the customer or the service has been used
- • Refund processing time: 2-4 business days
Strictly Prohibited
- ✗Use for illegal purposes
- ✗Attack or hack the system
- ✗Share the account with multiple users
- ✗Modify account information
Restricted
- ⚠Use beyond permitted limits
- ⚠Create fake accounts to abuse the service
- ⚠Spam or send junk content
- ⚠Violate software copyrights
Our Responsibilities
- • Provide stable and reliable service
- • Protect user information
- • Provide technical support when needed
- • Notify users before any service changes
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of the service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the service package paid by the user.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. All changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or website announcement.
When Changes Occur
- • Users will be notified via their registered email
- • Changes take effect 7 days after the notification date
- • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes
- • Users have the right to cancel the service if they disagree
